FUNDRAISER FOR A CHANCE FOR BLISS WAS A SUCCESS

Thank you all for participating and donating to our event for A Chance for Bliss! The event went fantastic with about 60-80 patrons. Many vendors attended such as: The Doggie Bag, Bow Wow Licious Biscuit Co., Stella and Dot, Photography by Corrine, DK Photography, Dommy’s Duvets, and Vault Denim. A photographer from the Press Tribune came and featured us on the front page of their newspaper! A photographer from Style magazine also attended to feature us in an article. As well as those two, we were also featured in SalonCentric's magazine! Ten of our stylists participated in the runway hair show: Alexis Reynolds, Ashley Benander, Crystal Karakas, Debbie Monterrojas, Joleen Davis, Kelley Carpenter, Kylie Shearer, Lindsay Dickason, Megan Gray, and Rachel Johnson. The theme for the show was all animals. First place went to Ashley Benander’s model Sky Raley with the zebra themed hair. Then second place went to Alexis Reynold’s model Kristen Kimbrough with the peacock themed hair. All our girls did fabulous jobs! Four dogs from A Chance for Bliss were also a part of the fashion show and walked with our models. From our raffle, silent auction, and a few donations we raised them $1920! Almost doubling what we made them last year. We greatly appreciate your help that made this possible for A Chance for Bliss. Thanks again!

On May 15 th our network educator Megan Gray put together a fashion show. We had 3 teams of 2 stylist and our makeup artist Mary Gray . Linda from Bella Couture had supplied the clothes for our models. Local businesses donated items to be auctioned off. The proceeds were donated to A New Hope Foundation animal rescue.
