Julia is a recent graduate of Citrus Heights Beauty College who is excited to be apart of the Halo team! She grew up in Nevada City, California and has already done some schooling at the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. She not only does hair and photography but makeup and eye lash extensions as well. She now currently lives in Roseville and is also the recpetionist for the Salon. She is eager to learn and grow in the hair and beauty industry! She is assisting at the salon with owner, Alexis, the in house Educater Crystal, and the other stylists as needed.
